[not finished] « Thread Started on Dec 13, 2007, 7:18pm » Skattersplash reared and lunged, teeth sinking into the opposing mare's neck. A feral screech fell from the two-toned contessa's throat, and she recoiled for another attack. The black mare staggered back, blood leaking from the base of her stout neck, and she spun, lashing out with hind daggers to collide with Kat's chest. The paint mare grunted and jerked backwards, striped hooves making dust out of the dirt. Before she could gather herself, the compact body of her enemy slammed into her ribcage, and she toppled to the ground. The impact ripped her mind back into the now and she rolled onto her back, teeth bared and vocals screaming, as her hooves lashed out at the ebon femmora. Quickly she darted to her feet and body-slammed the mustang. A loud crack resounded through the field and the smaller horse uttered a squeal of pain and scampered away, Skattersplash, better known as Kat, sauntered a little ways off, glaring after her short-lived rival. Mustangs challenged her often, thinking that she would be an easy target, being a human-raised horse.
